A white woman is depicted as a personified storm cloud. Her ensemble is gray and billowy, yet seems to be lightweight. Her dress is gray, with a jagged bolt of white lightning extending from her left shoulder diagonally down to the outside of her right leg. The bolt splits into two at her hip. The hem of her dress is attached to her wrist by straps, with the excess fabric hanging like wings. Her hair or a hat billows above her head in the shape of a cloud. The woman stands on her toes and looks down to her right.
