Monochromatic image of figures in a landscape. There are a group of soldiers huddled in the bottom right quadrant. They are in a trench dug into the ground. They are wearing helmets, jackets, dark boots, and some have canteens. There is a wooden shelf over their heads at center right. The trench extends from the bottom right corner to upper left. There is a fence visible along the horizon line near the top. The left side of the image and top right quadrant are mostly white.
