Two rectangular blue documents (passports) are in the center. The one on the left is upside down and slightly higher. It has a bust-length photo of a male with black hair, a black coat, and in three-quarters view looking to his left (identified as Meriwether Lewis). The one on the right has a bust-length photo of a male with brown hair, brown coat with black lapels and a white tie at the neck (identified as William Clark). The background has a gradient that from top to bottom is purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, and purple with a textured surface. There is a central circle over and around the passports with a red slash thorough it.
