Unpainted wood with traces of pain, yoseqi zukuri (multiple wood block construction), inset glass eyes, metal mandorla, on separate two-part base which appears to b a mate to that for L1988.0002.
Striding figure with billowing robes and an unidentified animal headdress. He is most likely one of the Shitenno (Four Guardian Generals) or Junishinsho (Twelve Guradian Generals), unidentifiable because his attributes are missing.
