Monochromatic image of a cityscape. There is a structure at top center with a pyramidal shape (Eiffel tower) that is pierced in the center. There is a tall building on the left side with four square columns on the front. There is a statue of a figure holding a wreath in the air on the right. There is a large pool of water in the center with two rows of fountains. There are rectangular laws on either side of the pond. There are crows of people behind it and under the structure in the center.
