Black and white image of two men in the foreground trimming each other’s toenails, with a demon like form in the background. At the men’s right is a cartoon-like character whose foot has been cut off (presumably by one of the men). The two men are identified as Jesse Helms and Jerry Falwell, the cartoon character is identified as “Tinky Winky” from the television program “The Teletubbies.” Composition identified as borrowing stylistically from Francisco de Goya’s Los Caprichos print series (after Capricho #51 ).
