Porcelain clock in the shape of an urn with base. Blue with gold (color scheme corresponding to Napoleon Bonaparte’s and Napoleon III’s imperial motif) filigree ceramic urn with a Rococo-style painted pastoral scene of a young male and female on a picnic. A clock face is applied on top of the scene. On the verso of the urn a round mirror is attached. Urn has two ram’s head handles and an elaborate finial on top. Gilding on metal base, finial, and handles.
