The woman in the left side of the print is standing, looking down upon a woman seated on the floor and holding a sword. The woman is holding a sword and bowing her head down toward the floor. Both women are wearing floor-length, printed robes that are decorated with floral patterns. There is a window behind them, through which a landscape scene is visible. In the landscape there is a body of water, mountains, and birds. There is an orange rectangle covered with calligraphy, in the top right corner of the print. There are two more small rectangles in the bottom left corner of the print.
