Description

Silver plate (identified as Sheffield) taper jack. Circular base with finger holder supporting an oval with a fluted good. On one side is a loop and on the other a conical snuffer is attached. A green wax string comes out the top and is wrapped around a horizontal bar through the center of the oval.
