Coromandel screens. A pair of six-panelled carved lacquer screens with continuous scene of exotic birds in a landscape of flowers and foliage; colors are softly-muted green, gold, red, gray with accents of black. End panels and top portion of each interior panel create a border of black background; individual border scenes depict people, flowers, birds, landscape in colors repeating those of the panels.
