Figure in a landscape. A man (Shojo or drunkard) is wearing a red mask with a large grin and a red wig. He is wearing a teal, salmon, and white striped top and large pink and maroon pants. There is a black vest over the top tied wit ha blue piece of fabric. He holds a red white and blue striped pole with blue on the ends. There are objects with fans suspended from them in the top right corner. There is green and teal leaves on the top. There is calligraphy around the figure on the top and left side. Poems by Hazansha Matoyo, Kakunirō Kaiun no Nadeushi, and Meihatei Tsukuba no Yamabiko.
