The top 3/4 of the image is primarily filled with red, yellow, orange and white dots which create the image of a man's face (identified as Ho Chi Minh). The man has a beard and mustache. Along the left border and bottom right border of the top 3/4 is a multicolored, abstract chain. The bottom 1/4 of the page is a collage. On either end is an image of a bird. The second image from the left is of the same man depicted in the dot image above. In the center are two, identical, small images of two figures. The second image from the right is of an adult figure standing behind and holding two children. There is a string attached in the top left corner which stretches down towards the bottom right corner. There is a wooden fish at the end of the string.
