Description

Five lines seal script calligraphy.

Translation: Suppressing rebellions, [his majesty, Emperor Shi-huang of Ch'in] shakes the four corners of the empire. The morality of his force is righteous, his general received the decrees. Not long afterward, they destroyed the malicious enemy. In the twenty-sixth year [of the Republic of China] our leader [Chiang Kai-shek] challenged [our enemy] with compelling orations. His piety is manifested clearly.
