Description

Swatow ware large dish decorated with a qilin (1 horned creature) and blue underglaze. Center is ch'i-lin, mythical beast, with floral design around it. Encircling image are two grapes of flowers resembling chrysanthemums. Sand encrustations appear on the foot.
