Black-and-white image of two women, the one in the left side of the image in profile, facing a girl who is facing the viewer frontally. Both of the women are seated on a black and white, horizontally striped, square rug. There is a stone wall in the right side of the background, a smooth, white wall in the center of the background, and the inside of a small shelter in the left side of the image. Inside the shelter there are several dark, flat, round objects and there is a stick leaning against the wall. The woman in the left side of the image appears to be older, and she has straight, dark, shiny hair that is parted in the center and braided into two, long ropes which fall down her chest. She is braiding the hair of the girl seated in the right side of the image into two, large loops on each side of her head. Both of the women are wearing dark, short-sleeved dresses.
