Description

Black-and-white, full-length portrait of a woman whose body is turned toward the viewer, her head is turned so that she is facing the left side of the image. She is wearing a thick, light-colored scarf as a headband, and she has short, dark, curly hair. She is holding a large, light-colored, ostrich feather fan over hear proper right shoulder, and her left hand is on her hip. She is wearing a long-sleeved, black satin jacket over a mid-thigh length, black dress with a fluffy, layered skirt. There are sequins covering the border of the jacket and the skirt. SHe is wearing black stockings and black shoes.
