Description

Black-and-white, full-length portrait of a seated woman, turned toward the left side of the image, her face turned toward the viewer. She is seated on a small platform that is covered with a dark cloth, in front of a white wall. Her knees are pulled up to her chest and her feet are resting flatly on the platform. She has short, light-colored, curly hair, with a small bow on the top of her head. Her lips are pursed and she is wearing a white, short-sleeved blouse and a white, silk scarf tied around her waist. She is wearing dark shorts and white, satin shoes with a strap across the top of her foot and a small heel.
