Description

Black-and-white, waist-length portrait of a man in three-quarters view, his face turned toward the viewer. The left side of the background is dark, while the right side is light-colored and shadowed. He has short, dark, curly hair that is combed back neatly, and the left side of his face is darkly shadowed. He is wearing a tweed suit and vest. There is a black and white, polka dot handkerchief tucked into the front, left pocket of his jacket. He is wearing a white, collared shirt and dark tie. His hands are both resting on his waist.
