Black-and-white, bust-length portrait of a woman in costume. She is facing the viewer, her head tilted back slightly and toward the right side of the image. The background is gray and out of focus, and she is wearing a large, light-colored, woven headdress. She has dark hair that is barely visible from underneath her headdress, and she is wearing a necklace that is tied in a knot in the front near her neck, then dips into two large loops that fall down her chest. She is wearing a dark, short sleeved top with a wide neckline.
