Black-and-white, waist-length portrait of a woman facing frontally, holding a dark-colored, bust-length sculpture with both hands. She is standing in front of a dark background and wearing a tightly wrapped, light-colored, satin scarf around her head. There is a medallion, partially visible, wrapped into the scarf, on her forehead. The woman's eyes are closed and she is wearing metal hoop earrings. She is wearing a dark, strapless shirt and holding the sculpture in front of her chest. The sculpture is simple in design, of a woman with closed eyes.
