Colored lithograph with linen backing. Very colorful art nouveau piece with large figures. Woman stands at top, wearing hat, flowers, flowing garments. One man with hands outstretched, another with hands on hips. The man with outstretched hands has red and white streamers hanging from his arms. Buildings in lower right, multi-colored, mostly orange, blue, and gold.
