The old doctor Shini Andōzen in white and red robes is bleeding Bodaichū Kodaisō who sits at left with her chin resting on her hand. Her elbow is on a disk. The woman has red and blue robes and a butterfly tiara in her hair. Blue floor, yellow walls, scene with two sail boats, and potted plants in the upper left, visible through round window. Lacquered box with medecines and instruments at loewr right corner. Karazuri (blind printing) on Shini Andōzen's robes.
