Ōmori Hikoshichi discovers that the beautiful woman he is carrying across a stream is a demon, sees reflection in LR corner of the woman in the stream, a reflection which reveals her true devil nature. In the popular story, Ōmori Hikoshichi attacks the demon and succeeds in cutting off her arms and chasing her away. Landscape in upper background of gray and green hills. There is a small house, large, gray mountains and a white moon on the left. There are brown rocks and green foliage on the right.
