Black-and-white image of a building in three-quarters view, in front of a canal. There is water in the foreground with tall, wooden poles lining the front of the buildings. The edges of two other buildings are visible on each side of the building. The building in the left side of the image is taller than the height of the image, and the building in the left is the height of half of the image. There is a small amount of sky visible in the background. The image in the center is four stories tall, and has tall, arched windows. There are awnings over the three windows on the third story of the building, on the left side. On the right side of the building, on the upper three stories, there are circular windows, decorated with smaller circles around the window.
