"Roman Charity" chimney ornament of four figures. The female figure is slightly seated and is holding a baby in her arms. There is an adult male figure seated to her left, who's ankle is chained to a rock behind him. There is a semi-nude child standing to the right of the woman. The child is looking up at the face of the woman. The base is painted with purple, blue, green and yellow.
