Silver plaque depicting a full-length winged figure (identified as Saint Michael) standing behind a kneeling full-length figure (identified as a donor). On the right is a full-length seated female figure (identified as the Virgin Mary) with a nude child on her lap (identified as Jesus Christ). The woman is wearing a crown and holds a staff/scepter in her proper right hand. The child is holding a flower in his proper left hand. They both sit on an elaborate throne with architectural elements. The kneeling figure has his hands held in front of him in prayer and a scroll with an inscription that continues above him. He also holds a series of beads on a string. The winged figure has his proper right hand on the kneeling figure's shoulder. In his left hand he holds a staff with a flag/banner on top. There is a floral border from the bottom left to top center and in the top left corner.
