Event Description
This community program sponsored by the KU Natural History Museum and Spencer Museum of Art will include performances, demonstrations, and hands-on activities that celebrate creativity. Explore creative processes in different disciplines and awaken your own creative side!

The String Beans at 12:15 pm and Truckstop Honeymoon at 2pm

ACTIVITIES include Draw like Sol LeWitt, Interactive video wall, Indicator painting and bubble prints with the KU Chemistry Club, Grow your own microbes, Making Music with Steve Mason, Creative calligrams, Selfie creation station, Sound visualization, Magnetic forces painting, Face painting, Hexbug robot painting with Lawrence Public Library, It Figures: Gesture and body language

PRESENTATIONS by 3D Printing with Tim Middleton, Science and the Art of Boomerangs with Bill Watchpress, Brain Hacking with Matt Walsh, Bicycle Generator, Raspberry Pi and Extreme Drawing with artist Stephen Johnson & KU students
