Event Description
Steven Spooner returns to the Spencer Museum of Art for the world premiere of Emile Naoumoff's Infinite Variations (2013), commissioned by Reach Out Kansas, Inc., Smithyman Zakoura, and selections by Claude Debussy. Performing on the Museum's famed Bechstein piano custom-made for Franz Liszt in 1886, Spooner is joined by soprano Julia Broxholm for Debussy's Ariettes Oubliées (Forgotten Songs). Free and open to the public, seating is first come, first served.
