Event Description
Xu Xin, Director of the Glazer Institute for Jewish Studies at Nanjing University, is the recipient of an honorary doctorate from Bar Ilan University in Israel and the leading Professor of Jewish Studies in China. In addition to his published scholarship, Xu curated China’s first exhibit on the Holocaust, produced the 900-page Chinese edition of the Encyclopedia Judaica, and has translated the works of many Jewish authors into Chinese.
