The arrow has a bamboo shaft and a conical wooden point with the narrow end inserted into the bamboo and held in place with plant fiber wrapping and resin. The white and grey striped feathers are bound in place with plant fibers and resin.

The red spiral on the shaft is the mark of the Chiqueno clan.

The stunner tip allows a hunter to pluck undamaged feathers from the bird.
