A Cartoonish quarter-length male figure in three-quarter view fills most of image; his eyes are springing out of his head on spiraling optical nerves and his proper left hand tugs at his tongue, which seems to overhang the bottom of the image. The top of his head seems to have blown up and three flies and a puff of smoke rise from him. A flat cityscape against a deep black sky occupies the background, and there is a policeman in the LR corner pointing at the man. His speech bubble reads “Hey You! Lets see some I.D., Fella!”
