Pair of child's sandals made from parts of used tires. They are black in color. There is a thick sole, with the tire treads visible on the bottom of the sole. The inside of the sole is lined with a thinner layer of rubber. There are two wide straps across the toes which are crossed in the shape of an "x". At the back of the shoe, there is a thinner strip of rubber, which would likely be worn so that it wrapped across the back of the wearer's heel. The straps are attached to the sole with small metal nails.
