This is a length of seal skin line, currently in a coil. It is light brown and the ivory point at the end has a hole through the middle for the line. There is a leaf shaped metal tip inserted in the end of the ivory point and secured with a rivet. The back portion of the point is cut at an angle to act as a barb and has a hollow with sinew wrapping over the top.
