Painted hanging scroll depicting a landscape scene featuring mountains built up of a series of small, square rocks and arranged along a central zigzagging vertical axis. There are high-piled boulders interspersed with tall vertical tree trunks and buildings. Two figures are seated on a riverbank in the lower center. A river begins two-fifths of the way down fro the top right and winds down through the landscape to the bottom left corner.
